AMI-FLEX® (FLTV) Tubing Woven with Vermiculite Coating
AMI-FLEX® (FLTV) tubing is manufactured with aramid blended yarns for the outer layer and a fiberglass inner core. The tubing is lightweight and flexible. It is used to cover pipes, hoses and torch handles to protect people and the pipes from high heat and molten splash. It comes in standard inside diameter sizes from 3/8″ to 2″. This tubing is specifically coated with vermiculite. An inorganic, chemically inert, non-combustible and odorless coating.
