We worked hard all year to get orders out the door while upgrading our facilities and adding new, faster equipment to be ready for 2023 and beyond!
We’re also increasing our workforce, proving that a lot of people really like to work in a manufacturing environment! Plus, AMI offers good wages and very good benefits like health insurance and 401Ks.
Soon we’ll be introducing a virtual training program for new and incumbent employees, made with the help of the Maine Community College System. This training will help our people develop and broaden their skills while earning a living!
So, while we stayed cooking on SIMMER during Covid, we’ve turned up the heat and are delivering on our tag line: INNOVATION ON FIRE!
