Thanks to the very talented team at NIST for including some women from AMI in this awesome tribute to the Women in Manufacturing! As co-founder of AMI, I loved helping industrial customers find the right product for their high-heat applications. Forty years later, we’re still doing that with 50+ people, with women making up 25% of our very creative workforce! Women here work in Management, Product Development, Production, Customer Service, Contract Management, and Marketing! Together with our talented male teammates, we’ve raised the bar on product quality, performance, and service – all to our customers’ benefit. As this video shows, there are now a lot more energetic, talented women helping other manufacturers raise the bar in their markets, too!
