Insulation Kits
AMI's New energy saving Ever Green™ Cut 'n Wrap™ Insulation Kits (*One or more U.S. and Foreign Patents Pending) are ready-to-use, removable and re-usable insulated covers for steam and hot water distribution piping valves, flanges, fittings and other hard to get to components. Cut 'n Wrap can reduce heat loss by at least 85% and installs in minutes. Payback of less than one year. Each kit contains a 4' x 8' insulated cover and double-sided, hook and loop fasteners.
AMI's Ever Green™ Cut 'n Wrap™ insulation covers are rated for surfaces up to 500ºF and are fabricated from industrial-grade, coated fabric and insulation media.
They are 1/3 the cost and 1/2 to 1/4 the weight of traditional custom-made insulation blankets and are easily installed by in-house personnel or contractors.
